1.) If your goods arrive and it does not meet the specification on the main La-z-boy product information page you will be entitled to a full refund or a credit for the same amount. Items must be returned in the original packaging. If a refund has been requested it will be repaid within 14 days after returned goods have been received and checked. Please note, refunds will only be offered if returned items are still in “as new” condition. We cannot accept responsibility when goods returned by customer using their own transport / courier are damaged in transit
2.) If your goods arrive and they are damaged / faulty, we will instruct fully trained technicians to report and rectify all problems professionally and promptly, and it this is not possible collect your item(s) from your home free of charge and issue you with a new replacement – (photos may be required and items will need to be in the original packaging).
3.) If your order arrives and we are unable to deliver to you for reasons such as the customer no longer desires the goods or unable to fit into the property the customer will be liable for any delivery costs incurred and a 25% re-stocking charge if necessary.
*If the item is made to order, we cannot accept any cancellations and the item cannot be returned in any circumstances.
